The Bialy Eaters: The Story of a Bread and a Lost World - A New great Book by the noted Former New York Times food writer and food critic for many periodicals, Mimi Sheraton.  We highly recommend this book for anyone interested in the culture that brought bialys to America and now your doorstep.  It helps that Mimi has only good things to say about Kossar's Bialys, in fact, she says they're the BEST.
