We highly recommend this book for anyone interested in the culture that brought bialys to America and now your doorstep. It helps that Mimi has only good things to say about Kossar's Bialys, in fact, she says they're the BEST. "If you live anywhere near Kossar’s bakery, or are planning a trip to New York, this book will virtually force you to visit..." Is what the Books For Cooks website said about it.
